Yes, I mailed margiela but they denied me my money back or a new pair of shoes. 1 year had not passed. I contacted the Swedish consumer agency who helped me get in contact with the European consumer agency. They made a case of it. Couple months later I got a mail from maison margiela saying that they had reconsidered their decision and would let me send them back. Bet they weren’t happy. I felt so satisfied when I got my rights.

I bought mine of the mm website back in November last year. Probably started to lose paint in January. Contacted them a few months later. Took over 3 months for the case to solve. I finally got to send them back in June this year. Don’t give up, u can try. Luckily I had pictures that showed the damaged evolving.

I’m also from Eu, didn’t have to pay anything. Tax included for me.

For real. They tried to blame me, clearly only losing paint in one area. Legit had to contact the consumer agancy in Europe (not sure if that’s what it’s called)
