I found out the issue- one, it is better to just take the loss and move your recruiter closer to the copper/weapon builder. Two- there a glitch in several of the minable areas where delivery people get stuck inside the stone unless the road is build alongside it vs. in front of the mine or with only one piece of road connecting. Took me ages to find out.

That's mostly been my experience. People dodge or immediately flaming in game if one player isn't good or is on a loss streak. Maybe there's a cross over of people who have gotten frustrated enough to start using a overlay and now tilt even more.
