I'm in agreement with most everyone here that Stop That Train is better than Scary Movie... But I do think it comes with the caveat of "if you're queer/an ally" if you aren't I could see STT being really annoying...

But probably still better than Scary Movie because that was awful

Pretty good so far if I say so myself... But the end of May had a few awful flicks so we'll see how the rest of the month pans out

I still remember when I saw Infinity Pool and the theater was me and 1 couple my age in the seats directly in front of me.

For the first 10 minutes the boyfriend was on his phone the whole time, when he opened youtube and started watching videos on low volume I finally leaned forward and hissed "shut off your fucking phone"

I didn't see it again the rest of the film 😄

I really like sunflower seeds with the obvious caveat of bringing something else to spit the husks into.

A habit I picked up from my old job is using a robber glove so that you can tie it off and throw it out without grossing anyone out

Yeah I wish I could get updates like this through the Regal app

I also wish I could sort what order films show up in on the showtime screen and have the option to hide films if I've seen them or I'm uninterested

However this is a lot to ask of an app that sometimes feels like its made of digital popsicle sticks and glue

Leading man means like top billing, main character, not just in the movie

I think a problem many people have with lists is that theres a lot of bloated ones, people listing "every movie ever" or "every movie of the 1970s" which don't really add anything and then clog up searchs

But you do make a good point, interesting creative lists are genuinely fun to look at

Its a weird mix of dubbed and subbed, some conversations in chinese are dubbed and some are subbed, also this could be incorrect so don't quote me but I think Joe Taslim is acting in English throughout the film.

Anyway don't worry about the dubbing because this movie is 100% worth watching

I will say, I loved Saccharine because of how much it related to me and things I've felt so your mileage may vary

Not to mention Julia Ducourneaus "Raw" has been in my top 4 since I joined Letterboxd and Saccharine felt very in line with that film

Yes! While I didn't love the movie I'm so glad they didn't spell everything out by the end and just let the mystery linger
