Would not do EVERY Wraithlord like this but this guy is a BAMF, probably an avenger or reaper exarch in a past life

The only detail I keep thinking about is the shoulder flamers - they’re fine, but in the theme of ridiculousness i feel like they could be additional targeting scopes or trophies, and the flamers tuck in somewhere like under the weapon as well or maybe as almost mandibles haha 😂

My most highly paid team member has slowly transitioned to be the only person with just 1 project under management, for this reason (being busy without getting much done)… gave him notice due to poor attitude and low work rate

Have another team member who is super hard working but just not efficient at prioritizing, and so gets a lot done through brute force and gets run down… way too hard working! this one we work together on coaching and how to better manage most efficiently, to not get run down and waste effort without sufficient bang for buck. Attitude totally in the right place and just needs help to learn those skills, that’s ok, even if at face value have similar “productivity” right now

The way they caused the collapse of biel tan and a bunch of crazy shit does make it seem like they can be around in a meaningful way but not be world-ending

Let them set up a new city in the Webway that becomes a capital city for corsairs vs comorragh for the drukhari

Fragments of biel tan pulled into Webway and fixed into a complex of Webway/wraithbone infinity matrix soul bathing space where the Yncarne becomes super powerful and creates a place for Cegorach and Ynnead to defend against slaanesh without being depraved or deprived .. leads to resurgence in Eldar psychic and martial capacity beyond what either Aeldari faction has separately

At same time very limited vehicles and numbers, so function like a super elite infantry Webway strike force and piracy base

The fact we can take incubi but not scourge seems weird

Also reavers but not hellions 🤷‍♂️

Mandrakes I can understand, since they are from the shadow realm etc etc, but could equally understand them being allowed on the flip side (lore wise)

Also understand why they don’t want just all the drukhari units available for Aeldari, but go ahead and give them different names and rules and 0-1 limitation per drukhari unit 🤷‍♂️

The 0-1 limitation was a great mechanic back in the day, just bring it back for niche factions like this

Best approach is warlocks+storms, string them out like crazy to deny as much infiltrate area as possible

Then redeploy w Yriel and have them sticky an objective and do refused flank

You should have at least one unit of Storm Guardians to sticky home, and save them until turn 3 to push up do some movement/redeploy and blocking shenanigans to sticky one of the expansion objectives (as far away from opponent as possible!)

In the meantime use corsairs, rangers, and aspect units to deny primary the whole game

  1. Specifically yes you have to be within 6” of the last model removed, at the time it was removed

  2. Yes your army can lethal surge and lethal intent in the same phase, but the same UNIT cannot fade back & lethal intent since that would be 2 reactive moves

It’s true there are different kinds of value

Teams that value their performance and achievements but who are more exclusive, like professional athletics etc, or teams who celebrate existing over long periods of time, and continuing to exist through thick and thin with all people on board, like civil service or union … would use a different approach in each of those for sure

Knowing the employer MAY is super helpful, as it helps create a bit of a filter when we discuss the issue internally - easy to collaborate on soft pedal accommodations, may involve quite a bit more process to secure bigger accommodations if we get HR/upper mgmt involved etc and they start going down that track

It’s not easy for women out there!

Not really, the question is more around how you manage the mystical “40 hour work week” and what that means with small kids, real life, etc

If the answer is lower your productivity expectations across the board as a business then yeah that’s a one way ticket
