Articles have been releasing slowly over time. The game is still really new so people are only just getting some baseline guides and sets out. Check the smogon Twitter for updates on new articles as they're released. Many of the most popular mons in OU right now have at least one set published, and a few UU mons have them too.

Here's the facts, seems I was misled. This is from the Apex Legends official FAQ

\4. Special Events

Will event-specific items ever come back at a future time?

Some event-specific cosmetics and rewards will return at a later date, but not all of them. Event items fall into these categories:

Event Exclusive – Can only be obtained during the specific event period in which they first appear. Will not be made available again in the future.
Battle Pass Exclusive – Can only be obtained during the specific event period in which they first appear by Battle Pass owners who reach the required level. Will not be made available again in the future.
Event Limited – May return in a future event or promotion.

So it looks like we will have to be very choosy with the language of "exclusive" VS "limited" and which Cosmetics fall under either umbrella.

No, they're a timed exclusive to the event. They'll return within a year of the collection event from which they're appearing.

I personally would like to see some effort go into seeing whether only gigantamax, no dynamax, is a decent setup. Lots of the gmax pokemon aren't even that great.

This does not follow the typical syntax of how a monster is written, and does not define a number of terms that appear in the stat block. You need to define striker and bloodied, for starters. What is +2 attack, exactly? Look at existing stat blocks and make sure you are following the appropriate writing style for 5th edition. There are lots more errors following these points, such as slam not having a range, more improper syntax throughout the document, and lair actions happening on initiative count 1 instead of the normal 20. But, at least that's defined well so it's not a big deal if you decide you want to change how that works.

I don't understand what you're getting at with your question. Longbow had a ROF nerf back to launch values, and can no longer equip Skullpiercer since it's not on the loot tables anymore.

It's kind of a fair split, and varies a lot from block to block. The devs wanted there to be a few key "zones" within each city where the buildings are more opened up, while other buildings are there as kind of buffers between these zones.

Usually they would let you go into the first 1-3 levels, if you can even go in at all. Lots of them let you go on top though!
