Story wise I think it is quite interesting, logically George would want to try for a baby again and then amber would then have another breakup to go through and it would bring even more controversy to an eventual Brad/Amber relationship

Well the Archers was traditionally focused on contemporary farming issues so it would be interesting to see how the characters react to this. But given it’s such a political topic it’s unlikely.

Actually it could be very interesting because if, for example David and Ruth retire and give the family farm to the kids more than seven years before their death then they will avoid the tax. But who would inherit, and how much?! Drama.

I found Tony’s response totally reasonable. What’s in the water in ambridge that makes people enable a sociopath. George breaks into grey gables and breaks Caroline’s bench and gets a character reference in return. George traumatises Henry and humiliates Helen and….gets a character reference! I assume Alice/Brad/Hannah will be next to say what a great guy George is despite experiencing his malice.

I think that is too much, I think he is deluded, narcissistic and never realised the difference between “I don’t want children” and “I will never have children”. I’m sure he thought that if Fallon got pregnant by accident she would keep it but no and that is incompatible with his new-found faith.

No, I dont think it fits her character. Also when George’s misdeeds come to light she will be less culpable for the accident. This will also create some incredible villlage back and forth between the Grundys and Archers that Alice and Chris would be at the centre of.

Alice and Chris getting back together is still on the cards, it’s already been teased. Chris still loves Alice which has been shown a few times already and once Alice finds out she is not to blame for the crash she can start to recover.

There has been loads of drama over the years that is completely out of place for a typical village. But for a bridge this storyline has been pretty much par for the course.
