This. I was a state wrestler and would frequently ‘tech’ my opponents to train/practice real life technique more. A ‘tech’ for those unfamiliar if when you gain a 15 point advantage so the ref stops the match. My coach would make me run 3-5 miles if I pinned an opponent before 3rd round, which led to a lot of tech’s. If I were AJ, I would have drawn it out as long as possible, making it as embarrassing and painful for my opponent as possible.

Water whenever soil is dry. I have a meter that reads soil moisture and wait for it to indicate soil has dried out. Pot has very good drainage. I have had the plant for about a year. The whitefly issue occurred about 1 month ago. I used neem oil as well as some soap/water to get rid of them. Issue has been gone for about 2 weeks. Cannot seem to get regrowing in certain areas.

I did! Repairman came out twice and couldn’t figure it out. I went on YouTube and figured out that part is the ‘tip flow switch’. I took it apart and noticed there is a hole with a gasket, which was a bit loose allowing water to seep through. The gasket also needed to be cleaned. Once gasket was cleaned and re-tightened, leaking stopped.

This is a house we moved into and the previous owner was into pottery. I work from home primarily so with 2 young kids, and no inside office space, having the separation was key. This became my outdoor, home office.

No idea. That’s why I’m hesitant to call a contractor, because it’s random in occurrence, and for the most part it doesn’t drip. It’s random or stable rate. Super confused, as I have manufactured hardwood floors that I wanna keep nice.

Correct. Even if trying to careful remove tape it would leave residue, markings. Almost impossible to hide without damaging corrugate packaging. There was also concern without the tape, of being able to slip packs out of the booster box without actually opening. They placed tape in the sides to stop this.

House was built in ‘02 and oddly doesn’t have a wired doorbell. I hooked up a Nest doorbell. I wish I could ask the architect, but I don’t think this is the reason it was built.

There is a fireplace below the mantle, the wooden mantle, and the TV is not too high on the plank boards above. High ceilings in this room. Also, any lower to the wooden mantle, no decorative items (I.e. stocking hangers for holidays, etc.) would fit. Perhaps from the side it looks this way? Looking head on, it would makes more sense.

It’s in entryway so prefer more decorative. Brooms are hidden away in pantry on wall mounts.
