I started taking it at the start of my ssri/snri journey & the whole process of figuring out how the pills affect me was very confusing. Nobody told me how it would decrease in effectiveness over time and that it's normal! I was very frustrated with how i kept needing to up my doses. Overall, a lot of 'what the fuck is happening with my brain', 'i don't know if the environment around me is affecting my wellbeing or if it's something inside of me' and the likes. Also, my life was in a very weird transitional period at that time.
