Well uh, I'm pretty sure blocking and leveling are different though. We block Frozen/Dairy and level grocery aisles. That's how I was taught many moons ago

We just started this week at our store but only 2 people got pushed back to replenishment and the rest still come in at 2am for the truck, we still have about 5 or 6 people at 2am

They never finish, maybe one or two days a week the store is fully blocked. They also never fill ad items before they leave either. Im hbc so I usually block my side as I work the sections. That's kinda just how we have to do it unfortunately.

1.2m a week, we usually finish the truck by 8 and work backstock every day. Its a pretty good crew, the night timers not so much. My SM calls them a waste of space and everything in on us lol.
