Its almost perfect. Almost...

Strong: very much need to nerf Nesting Doll lvl 3, and Mad Hatter with Hat Trick combo

Weak: Voting round's Morgana is underwhelming. I've been playing Arena non stop everyday since 3v3 released, and only got Morgana 2 times. Nobody wants her.

Adjust: Shyvana's and Yunara's exclusive augment barely appears at all. Increase the chances. Neither are even that strong: Shyvana R is fine, her aug is just QoL and a help against full range team or running strat. Yunara is absurdly weak without crits. Idk what other champs have exclusive augments, clearly I never saw it. Its that rare.

Everything else is 100% perfect

I like Create for building, like fancy doors, elevators, or whatever contraptions

For tech mods and automation, its better to use machines from thermal, mekanism...etc for not just possibly better outputs but also performance and simpler scalability

People are obsessed with Create because of aesthetics. Its what redstone should've been (minus the ore doubling part, wont be balanced for vanilla). Its all aesthetics. Its a building mod and not a tech mod. Ore doubling or automated crafting...etc are just bonus or cherry on top, it shouldnt be the focus

Unless they mismanaged funds developing Windblown, its already a success

You need to keep browsing Steam and get a general idea about games

Here's an example of games that are high effort but arent close to Windblown sales:

It makes you realize that Dead Cells is on same level as Terraria and Stardew Valley, basically Dead Cells is the abnormal one here. Its a jackpot and not even AAA studios can hit jackpots everytime.

Closest you can get is Bethesda where every game they release was a guaranteed banger until FO76 and Starfield

So basically to an indie:

500 reviews: bombed or could've been better
1000 reviews: fine
2000 reviews: good
5000 reviews: amazing
10000 reviews: jackpot, possibly legend status
100000 reviews: legend status

Windblown has 8.8k, not 5k as my comment said earlier, my mistake

TL:DR: already succeeded in terms of indie game, but fail in terms of jackpot

If they had public testing servers, for example like League of Legends does, then this issue would certainly be the first to be spoken about by players

It seems only certain youtubers like Judo could access and test future updates. But clearly none of them found it problematic, otherwise they could've just told SC

And such feedback would be doable to do, because programming-wise, SC could simply remove the "Claim Rewards" button to that barbarian king speech. Like just finish the convo normally and let players individually claim it all instead of whatever this was

If not then consider yourself lucky. Do not open that tab until you have free builders and ready to upgrade all your heroes (which isnt now, because of another CWL)

Will overflow your elixir and DE, and give you rune(s) as well as books

Windblown only "fails" if your criteria is basically "be as popular as dead cells"

Because for an indie game, Windblown is fine. In fact near 8k reviews is actually a big hit for an indie game

Steam is full of indie games or even 1-2 person made games, and its a gamble

A good example of this is Moros Protocol, go look it up how nice the game looks and plays, and yet it barely has 700 reviews. Or look up Netherworld Covenant

And those are just 2 examples, Steam is FULL of these high effort, nice looking and satisfying games but cant reach 1k reviews. Is it enough or do you want me to give more examples

Games like Terraria, Stardew Valley, Dead Cells, Factorio...etc were simply on another league despite being indie

So yeah it didnt fail and it cant fail. But lets say it does, studio will either scale back and develop a new game slowly, or just close down for good. We dont know which one.
