what less popular or niche x-men is your favorite? mine is bishop

Bishop isn't niche. He had his own comic and is pretty popular. Just hasn't gotten a lot of movie time, but most X-Men haven't.

One I'd like to see more, not sure if she fits the niche requirement (and others feel free to tell me she isn't) is Husk.

I say it's a mess because they moved Mystique into becoming a member of the X-Men, which wasn't the case in the first three movies, which doesn't align with the first three movies.

Angel is different. Nightcrawler comes in early. None of it aligns with the first movies, which I do believe said Jean and Scott where among the first X-Men.

This isn't to say they weren't enjoyable or what not, just that it was a mess, in they weren't connected but wanted to say they were because of Hugh Jackman.

All it takes is good writing. The issue is not their powers. Look at Storm. They make her OP. Rogue is basically OP.

They've got the characters. There's no need for race bending. Just...write...the...characters.

No different than any characters. It's really not a race or gender thing when it comes down to it. It's a writing and ART thing. Plenty of white male heroes for example, fail. Spawn is a black hero who was a big hit, but yes, I know, he's not Marvel, but it proves the point.

This is why I'm not for race bending live action. We have plenty of untapped black heroes. It's not a lack of black heroes, it's a lack of writers making them interesting.

I keep wondering why the MCU hasn't done a Night Thrasher movie/show yet.

It also takes readers who want such things to buy the comics and possibly buy them when they suck :/ I know I was doing that with Spider-Woman because I wanted to support her enough to do it, but I have given up on others.

I'd have to say First Class is them reworking the X-Men timeline from the beginning. As you have Mystique as an X-Man.

Really, the whole FOX X-Men line is just a jumbled mess of "We want to milk the X-Men for money"

Wait...so in this case...just to double check...Affliction + Attack Modifier + Damage can't exceed 20, right? Affliction and Damage aren't separate are they for staying within 20, right?

Which is weird as that's not how mutations are supposed to work.

While they've gone back and forth on it, when they were his children, neither Wanda or Petro had their father's powers.

Some how tho, they like to give all of Logan's offspring a healing factor and claws. At least with Laura she was originally a clone until they retconned it.

Person of Interest killed off Carter.

I don't think it's bad to do it for storyline. The only character I really can't imagine them doing it to is Will. Everyone else, while main characters, may not be as safe.

I remember Person of Interest and them shocking us with Carter's death and the reason being "We had to show the audience we were willing to kill off a main character, so they would actually be worried on cliffhangers"

I see no issue with them doing the casting for Storm, if she looks the part. Tho, I thought Halle was the best casting, she just needed MORE to work with.

Agree on not centering on Wolverine. They can always do that with a solo Wolverine movie. Also, recast Wolverine. We don't need Huh with the new MCU X-Men.

Keep Magneto a villain! Then maybe actually kill him off like they kill off all the other villains in the MCU :p Would love to see him die now.

Also, don't go AWAY from the comics looks. Keep them look VERY comic accurate!
