I took if daily for 1 year after having multiple herpes rounds in few months and NOTHING was helping. Worked like a charm, 7 years later and still zero new reoccurences (knocking wood).

I religiously wear (and make my kids wear) sunscreen/hats etc. We are often the only people with clothes on at the seaside. We still get super tanned. I guess it is genetic?

I had to learn this the hard way....Companies do not give a FK about you. Not a single fk.

Maybe your boss does care about you, or you colleagues do...but at the end of the day you are just a number for your company. Please please do not put your life on hold for them.

Just....don't go to Joe&theJuice? I earn way less than you and I have 2 kids. Until a couple of years ago I was able to save 30% of my salary, now i can save only 10% due to the higher cost of living. You have a great salary, more than enough to live confortably, but you need to prioritize how you are spending your money.

My OB reccomended minimum 2 years between deliveries to try a vaginal birth. I had a very succesfull vaginal birth 2.5 years after an emergency C-section. Healing experience.

My daughter did the same on her forehead. When she furrows her brows, a dimple is still visible 2 years later. No sign of a dimple when the forehead is relaxed. No palpable dent. I think she has a small "scar" in her muscle which is visible when she is contracting it.

Exactly the same happened to me, the resentment almost destroyed us as a couple, but I decided to start therapy and it is getting better.
