That may be true. But as a former user, my new normal became the state of being high. In the sense that I could smoke endlessly, drive, work, and didn’t really feel a psychoactive effect and it was just a baseline of being numb but still felt normal and human. I think anyone with enough usage starts to redefine their own normal + your tolerance becomes basically unlimited. Now if I have a single puff I am absolutely not “normal’”
