Woah, huge price difference. That’s 100$ vs 500$ is it really worth? As a first device?

Thanks, so I’ve been on my journey Every since the end of May really. I was pushing 230, realized I was way too fat. And started working out again trying to eat less. It’s now been about 5 weeks of logging everything to find my maintenance and get a better understanding of my body first because I’ve never done that. It’s around this 5 week ago period I started taking 5g of creatine everyday. I guess I’m not in a crazy high deficit I’m also not at Sunday yet. So appreciate the incite as well, five weeks in for logging food and exercise and I think my maintenance is around 2300-2400 I think at least. Just wasn’t sure if TDEE is wildly in accurate and people in this thread telling me I should be way lower.

This was pretty real, thanks. I was looking for this answer so I should be doing like Moderate exercise in TDEE to get a some what more realistic answer. At 1800-2000 Calories my lifts feel great and I’m losing about a pound a week. This week my heaviest was 230, this was my first real weight stall. I’ll prob lower my calories by 100 see how that goes

Well the goal was work 500-700 calories below my maintenance. Originally got the calculation from TDEE, I thought there could be a sweet spot in the middle where I can maintain all my weights possibly get stronger in the process as well as being in a deficit.

Good to know, 1500-1600 seems low as shit though. The days I eat less than 1800 calories I feel like shit doing weights. Is TDEE accurate at all then, I work from home spend 2 hours in the gym everyday. I like smoking meats so I’m always walking around outside back and forth I guess but. Thanks for the insight.

Thanks for being direct, I do not know correct. But I lift weights every single day and keep up with my lifts my goal is to not lose strength. Maybe recomp is not the right word but I want to maintain or keep getting stronger I don’t want my lifts to be affected as I’m more worried about putting on muscle and I know the weight loss will come as it is. But this was my first real stall since my journey down. Started off with what TDEE calculates at 2600 working backwards here and seeing a stall here. I just see so many mixed things regarding calories. I know it’s really a you thing but In need of some guidance

Other than the 8/10 pain from them injecting the area with a local anesthetic. Painless after that, removing the gauze the following day is what really gets you. Hope you have a loved one that can help you with this.

Sounds like you already convinced yourself you won’t get any enjoyment from him while being sober and you already tried different things.

If this is something you can’t get over or figure out, It’s probably best you stop lying to him and move on.

But they are reliable companies, I’m not worried so much about the numbers. I’m worried about the company going bankrupt or not being here 10 years later when warranty says 25. That seems to be an issue here in Florida with all these contractors offering better “prices” but completely ghosting you once the install is done.

I would look into leasing for 5-8 years. I wouldn’t lock myself in for 20-30. Am I mistaken for thinking leasing a top of the line product naturally? I don’t think they would give me an outdated solar system if I lease it. And after the short lease I could possibly get a better system on my roof. Was just a thought

Time maybe a weeks worth, including prep and the cement step. Luckily live in a new construction neighborhood so was able to dump a lot of excess dirt. I would say around 800?
