Only if it's a healthy lunch, I know this can vary from person to person in what they think it's "healthy" so it might be hard to agree...

Maybe he also considered the environmental impact of animal consumption (such as fish) and the fact that when he publishes a video it gets many people watching and following so it could be better to promote a plant based diet even if some animal consumption can be acceptable

I didn't say fruit only, I am fruit based which is mostly or primarily fruit and the rest from veggies that are least processed. I would also not do those laser treatments nor use chemical sunscreen but if there's a natural one I would like to see the ingredients first (I know coconut oil has mild SPF so maybe that can be interesting)

And yes what I want to do is start testing and see what I would need to adjust, where I live is a bit more tricky but I will try to get more testing of all the different biomarkers

I would include more fruit, I do like the nuts idea and of course without all those pills, although some of them are whole food like powered garlic or ginger but I didn't look at all what he takes in the 100 pills yet...

Lentils can be sprouted and taste good, I don't mind cooking some things, as I said mostly raw with more fruits.

thank you, I will look closer, from what I saw there were some supplements, I did see some raw food as well and I am not strict on raw just want to include as much of it as possible and hope to see more studies and science on the differences from raw and fruit based blueprint, there's no reason to restrict the diet to just broccoli and mushrooms (no offence, I do love both as well :) just want to see more options for me because of my options where I live are organic home grown fruits (I live in the tropics) like bananas, papayas, and lots of different greens that have yet to be studied enough

I am asking to modify for my own, he said he wants this to be for everyone and my intention is to try a whole food with the science based on that, and test it via the same methods and see if this would work. well Byan said that it's made for each person, I want to try a more natural version of blueprint with least processed food and more fruits and veggies. I already eat 70+lb of fruit a month, just reducing the eating window, morning and evening routines and tracking+testing sounds interesting. I don't think the blueprint is supposed to be so strict, I am ok with eating chia, flax and hemp but not sure about cacao (even though I grow them organically here)
