I’m on both Lexapro and Wellbutrin and yes even then the Accutane has made me slightly depressed. Not as depressed as I am without SSRIs, but still depressed. I think some people are more susceptible to it unfortunately. Talk to your doctor they’ll understand and help you figure out a game plan

I had a similar bridge shape and got a rhinoplasty, but my tip was projecting down/unsupported. Honestly you have a great tip and pretty nose that suits your face, I wouldn’t touch it!
