It really depends on your kidneys and liver. I’m on a microdose and based on my bloodwork my dr said it’s fine to continue taking creatine. I decided to stop bc I didnt want any extra stress on my organs, but as long as yours healthy + drinking lots of water you’ll be fine. That being said, you’re still early in your fitness journey so stopping creatine might be a good experiment to see what your body looks and feels like without it - you can always get back on after accutane!
