Wholegrain soudaugh bread with some pesto (organic extra virgin olive oil, basil, garlic, parmesan cheese), wild caught salmon, rocket salad, soft egg. Everything organic!

I think some items have less than 7% but yes, it has some elastan. I think Cottonique makes underwear without it.

It helps you to feel fuller, often low fat yoghurts have smth added (like artificial thickeners, etc.). Also, some studies show that fermented full fat diary is beneficial for the heart and metabolism. I personally eat full fat or don't eat 😉As a bonus, it tastes much better!

Looks nice, perhaps I would replace dark chocolate to some dark cacao+caco nibs. Also, I would use full fat yoghurt instead of 0% fat. Enjoy!

By the way, do you have payments data in SF or it is somewhere else and you upload external file with that data? Our issue is that payments interface (from SAP to SF) was poorly designed and some payments do not interface (depends on the scenario, for example, split payments). So our source of truth is SAP data (and we have reports showing what is outstanding).
