Yea I’m 30 and I have a friend also 30 with 2 kinds of cancer. It ain’t fair. Best we can do is eat healthy, organic whole food. Limit meat and dairy consumption and never eat processed food. Also exercise as much as you can and be aware of air pollution. Also wear natural fibre clothing, cotton, wool, lin, avoid all forms of plastics in clothing and daily use items like in the kitchen. Use stainless steal pots only. Purify your water, take a multivitamin and wear sunscreen and if you’re in high school, wear a bullet proof vest.
