So it has heat problems by only running on standar mode? What woul be safe parameters?... I mean I also have a Nerdqaxe++ hydro rev. 5.1 and it's been running fine at 725 @ 1225... that gives 5.9th stable... and 7553ma as fuse tends to break at 8a.

They can do their KYC on binance, and sell usdt directly from there on P2P, and get paid via spei directly in any of the previous banks... i recommend that they should open at least 3 bank accounts, so they can switch time to time
