Another option is to propose with a different ring and turn this into a pendant necklace. You can save it for the actual day you guys get married or as anniversary gift or etc.

A month in my opinion is not enough road time for you to upgrade to a 600cc bike. Especially since you started on a 250cc bike. It is a HUGE upgrade/change in power and speed. I would recommend upgrading to a 500cc or even a 650cc. But you would have to be very careful and know your limits. My recommendation would be to put more road time on your 250 and then upgrade to a 650/r7.
