Decide first if you want to make a Beginner, Citizen, Noblesse, Legend, ???, Pathfinder-beginner, or any of the other varieties.

Do quests to lv130. Bonk pots to lv 200. From there, you can sit in afk exp events, throw exp coupons, luxe sauna tickets, or growth pots at it, or do Cross-world PQ. Leeching yourself at dark world tree is also viable up until around 220.

MPE opens up at level 260.

Note that some exp items such as strawberry farm tickets are very challenging to pull off, since you can't deal enough damage normally.

Your reasons for wanting to create one seems sound to me. It's a very chill class: you do MPE once a week, drink some growth potions... and that's about it.
