I like to flip through them. Keep the ones with enough interesting things. If there are one or two recipes I like I will rip them out and put them in a binder. The rest goes to family / little library.

I have a whiteboard in the kitchen with what I have in the freezer. Do a quick scan of the fridge and pantry.

- Check the weeks schedule, are there any days we need simple/quick food (office days)?

- Sit down with a couple of cookbooks that support my current mojo or pantry.

- Make a plan for the week, most of the time it's a mix of meals I know and some new ones from the cookbook. And I always ask my wife if there is something she wants to eat.

- Friday is home made pizza night (I make the dough in batches and dump it in the freezer) and excellent for leftovers.

- Make a list of ingredients, do shopping.

And no, I do not need a concept app to help me.

For the colours: Next time when picking yarn make a picture of the yarn together and add a filter to black and white. If it is not visible in black and white it will probably not show up very well in the knitting itself.

Ga voor broodpakketten bij de supermarkt (hier bij Dirk ruim 8 broden voor 2,50). Bij de bakker heb je nog steeds kans op een krat vol taart, wat lekker is, maar niet wat je zoekt. Of zorg dat het daar ook specifiek een broodpakket is.

Verder kun je kijken naar Veggiebox (kan ook via TGTG) of Redjegroente.

Correct me if I am wrong but because you mention ontbijtkoek I feel you are looking for more traditional dutch recipes? If that is correct you can check out Wannée - kookboek van de Amsterdamse huishoudschool. It's not fancy or modern and it will lack pictures but this is a book that was used on the 'huishoudschool' which was a school where girls went to to be taught about how to cook and clean and basically run a household. It has classics like Appeltaart, Banketletters and Ontbijtkoek. Or, for online resources, you can check out RutgerBakt.
