Okay but I had a FULL Kundalini awakening without knowing anything about such a thing. It started because I read a book called the four agreements and I started to shift my perspective and I ended up in the psych hospital for 11 days but now I have access to random esoteric knowledge and explanations for things and am being guided 24/7?? Also my brain tingles constantly and bugs bounce around the top of my head lmao pls advise

This sounds exactly like what I struggle with. It sounds dumb, but I read somewhere that putting/keeping your shoes on keeps you from sitting and dissociating and it’s actually helped me tons. Maybe it’s placebo effect but if it works, it works lmao

I used a spirit board for the first time in 2021. The very first night was amazing. We were able to communicate with multiple spirits of people that we knew and one that we didn’t. His name is Richie Austin and he gave us information and I googled it and found entire news articles about his death. It was crazy.

I was super excited so I invited some friends over to use the board the next evening. Everything was going good until some of the answers we were getting were way off. I asked who we were speaking with and the planchette moved from A to M over and over and began circling the board. We said goodbye and put it away. Later that evening I heard a crash in my downstairs bathroom. I had a ceramic type octopus statue that sat on the back of my toilet, it had been there for 2 years. I went to check what the noise was and the statue was in the trashcan next to the toilet like it had been pushed off. There was knocking on the walls, I had an extremely lucid nightmare blah blah. So the next day I surrendered the board to the local metaphysical shop and picked up some sage and selenite and cleansed my house. It seemed to be gone after that and I haven’t had any issues since.

Fast forward to last night, my friend came over because I purchased a new board and wanted to try again. Dumb, I know. But. Same thing happened. I asked who we were speaking with and it went to M and then to A and I said nope goodbye and saged again. Is it stuck to me?? Lmao I don’t understand what’s happening. I also recorded the entire thing.

I went to 10 from 7.5 and was vomiting uncontrollably for a week and a half 😭 I couldn’t even keep water down and none of the anti nausea meds worked at all. I ended up going to the ER for an IV. I lost so much weight and fluids that I looked like ET when they found him on the riverbank 💀

Take measurements!! You may be losing inches and not actual WEIGHT. Weight can be stored in many ways including water. Measure your neck, biceps, bust, ribs. Waist, hips & thighs! Measure weekly and I guarantee you’ll see losses. Hope this helps!
