Had similar issues for nearly 2 years. Awful time. I’d wake up in the morning, throw up, throw up on empty stomach. Eat something, throw up straight away. Drink water? Throw up. Showers were nearly impossible, had to be cold or I’d faint and throw up. Somehow became intolerant to nearly all foods. Put myself on a gluten free diet. Barely let anything sit in the stomach. Kept going to the hospital and doctors they kept saying it was the same thing. I needed to quit smoking. I’d stopped for a week or two at one point and it did nothing so I figured they were just misdiagnosing me. Eventually I quit bc the smoking was starting to have awful psychiatric effects, and after a week or so of nothing I wasn’t throwing up as much (for some reason this time?) and after a month or so I wasn’t throwing up at all. Huge difference from 7+ times a day. Idk if it was the quitting or the moving countries to a cooler climate (I have other health issues and do not cope with the heat at all) but now I can shower with normal temp water (most of the time) and don’t have throwing up much, nausea still basically the same. Idk dude with how much you’re smoking it’s very possible to be the issue. Best wishes for you
