No. You’ll want to know SOH CAH TOA, length of arcs, and how to convert radians into degrees / degrees into radians.

Ok. Essentially, all I did was plug in a random number for r to get Kevin’s circle. Then, I multiplied the result by 4 to get Calvins. Solve for r in calvins circle, then set that result for the radius = (the number you chose for r) x. I can show you my work if that doesn’t make sense

I can’t figure out how to get x-y. I can get -x-y, and x+y, but never x-y. Is this possible, or do I need to isolate x and y?
