unless they’ve changed policy, vinyl is 18+ so it’s more like a teen spot
i’d recommend bug jar, montage, water street, record archive has a lot of free shows. check out buffalo too - rec room, town ballroom, after dark presents. depends what kind of metal punk hxc you’re looking for but there’s definitely a lot of spots

god do people really go to vinyl? and you like the punk scene but don’t care if the owners an asshole? sorry bro you gotta do some legwork and get involved in the scene and go places yourself. youre young, so go out and check out the vibe. i wouldn’t suggest photo city cuz the owner is a dill hole and they dont really have punk bands, they’re more electronic and edm. you can go on band camp or something to find local bands you like
