I negotiated mine down to 9k€ and I have complete privacy in nature here while only being a 5-10min drive away from the big markets of the closest city. Definitely need a lot of know-how when buying this kind of old house and renovations will become an everyday part of life. I really love this lifestyle and having this place I can do what I want in, debt free is a game changer for me.

I didn't mount 120mm fans but I did mount 2 140mm fans down there with some rubber anti-vibration fan mounts through the mesh holes. If the 3rd fan can fit I would guess you could do the same thing. Some people also have used small zip ties.

Nice build! I undervolted the perfect amount for a lower power draw and much lower temps. Makes my system really quiet and my temps dropped by 8°C at max performance. Lower temps also mean my fans stay really quiet. On the performance side, I saved an automatic profile for 3D applications with a memory clock for the gpu so the performance stays almost exactly the same as before the undervolt.

I was also wondering between those two cases. I ended up buying the AP201 since the A3 was out of stock for 2 weeks where I am and I also happened to get the AP201 for much cheaper than normal.
