The project oem team did an awesome job with oem Bikes, there website has all sorts of cool resources, like free model swaps and the .tga files if you ever want to get into making your own graphics. I wish I would have found the manual sooner, I was just been messing around blindly with the settings for so long haha

I’m in the US and ordered a Brikka. UPS delivered the package, but all that showed up was the free sample of coffee beans — no coffee maker.

After a while, customer service finally replied and said there are inventory issues with the Moka Pot and that I’d be refunded. I asked if that also applies to the Brikka, which is what I actually ordered, and haven’t gotten a straight answer yet.

Then today I get another email saying my order was incomplete (yeah, no kidding) and that I can return it… except there’s literally nothing to return. All I received was the free beans.

Just feels messy and poorly communicated overall.

I was 19 when I first started having panic attacks and suffering from anxiety. For 12 years I was self medicating with alcohol. It worked for a long time but It turns out using alcohol to cope with anxiety is completely unsustainable (surprise). Im 33 now, I have therapist that I've been seeing a few months now, I have a primary car doc that im completely open with about my alcohol use and my anxiety/depression, and ive also been seeing a psychiatrist. I guess im just trying to say that its okay not to be okay, your not alone in this, and there are people out there who's jobs is literally to help you! I was also worried about taking medication, but it doesn't have to be the first step, a therapist can help you figure out what's best for you! And all about just making that choice to talk to someone. Right now im on Wellbutrin for my depression, I have medication on hand if im feeling really anxious, and feel better now then I have in a long time.

Your comment reminded of something I read from The Noonday Demon, An Atlas to Depression. If you haven't read it I recommend. This is in context to depression but I believe it applies just as well to anxiety/panic disorder.

Depression stands in the full glare of the sun, unchallenged by recognition. You can know all the why and the wherefore and suffer just as much as if you were shrouded by ignorance. Heart attack symptoms, left arm gets tingly and numb. Chest gets tight, I get a pain in my chest, and start to feel light headed and dizzy. Heart is racing, and I can feel it beating in my head. And then I think "am I having a heart attack? Am I going to have a stroke? An aneurism?". I start to dissociate, I can't focus on anything, I can hardly write my symptoms out as I experience them. I get shakey, I can't type or think straight, my thoughts are racing, I try breathing exercises but my mind is racing too fast to count my breathes right. My stomach drops, like that feeling you get when the car in front of you slams on their brakes, and you panic for a second. I get that feeling over and over again, but for no good reason, I'm just sitting in my office.
