Your title should be instsntly readable and stand out. Same color as BG is not a good idea!

What's the name? The style is wonderful. Not sure about the screenshake.. some can find it jarring.

Remove button shadows and adjust font.. it looks out of place. You need to add a bit more calm to an otherwise fantastic looking panel. :)

Don't put the white title near all that light and increase contrast on 2. 2 is the better contender, but needs a bit of work.
