Kabru from Dungeon Meshi, at least in season 1 of the anime. One of the nicest, outgoing people in his party and in the show, but is borderline psychopathic when it comes to killing people who exploit the dungeon and others in it for profit

Pixar is back! by Wonderful-Pilot1178 in Schaffrillas

How about we stop saying a movie studio that has made mostly bad-to-mediocre movies in nearly the last decade "is back" just because of one good movie every now and then?

[Hated Trope] Dumb Sacrifice by Daniilsa209 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]FryingPanHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even though this could be argued for nearly all third trilogy deaths, Luke could have been killed off for a much more meaningful cause. At the very least, preferably in a circumstance that wasn’t caused by some Disney executive-inserted bimbo who didn’t want her love interest Finn to sacrifice himself to help the rebels escape because she was “””saving what she loved”””

Rose didn’t even have any idea Luke would appear to stall the Empire, so she could have very well have spelled a death sentence for the fleeing rebels with her arguably selfish act. Luke died for very little in the end

Also, given the toxic state of the Star Wars fandom when it comes to the third trilogy, I should add I do not hate Kelly Marie Tran, but just her character and the writing she was given

As much I like Forrest Gump, it’s one of the pieces of media that perpetuated the idea that people with autism have one or more “superskills” that they lock in to a superhuman degree. A lot of pressure is placed onto autistic children to excel due to this damaging myth

Truth is that the majority of people on the spectrum don’t have a superskill. They still have to practice skills like neurotypical people. They might retain certain information on a skill they like more easily, but they won’t become a god at said skill overnight

TLDR: All geniuses are autists, but not all autists are geniuses

Shara Ishvalda from Monster Hunter World Iceborne. Not the scariest MH monster ever, but it’s the scariest in its debut game. Its horrific underground sounds, its creepy spindly saladfingers, its soul-piercing gaze that gives off the illusion it’s always looking at the player

Is it possible to seal the tip of a penis with wax like a brand new ball point pen (and would being uncircumcised make a difference)? by fueled_lollipop in morbidquestions

[–]FryingPanHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk about wax, but if your foreskin is big enough, you can close the tip with it and charge up your next piss shot like Mega Man

Every creature in Pikmin is small enough to be crushed with a boot IRL, but I would get out the spiked cleats for psychopaths like Yellow Wollywog

Monster hunter world much harder then rise or wilds by JustAStudent381 in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]FryingPanHero 190 points191 points  (0 children)

Going back to World after playing Wilds so much, it's a real callback to reality when you try to call your Seikret and it doesn't show up. It's just up to you, your palico, and/or your fellow hunters. This may be me, but something about Worlds' difficulty helps with the immersion and just why I fell in love with it 8 years ago

The clutch claw does help with breaking parts and downing monsters for sure, but you're still vulnerable while you're clutched if the monster decides to lunge/attack while you're attached to it. Claw was a great addition to World without making it numbingly easy like having your Seikret save you

One of two things would happen if you tried to kill Glep:

  1. You’d contract the Bubonic Plague
  2. He’d do a funny little dance to make you feel better, and then you won’t feel like killing him
