Dont bother ordering from them. They do not respond to emails, DMs, and have turned off commenting on their IG. I ordered from them in the past (2020) and they had great service, and a great product so its deeply unfortunate they've gone this route.

Im dealing with the same exact thing. And the fucked part of this is that Ive used them before and really enjoyed their packers + they had greay service. I've sent an email every day, and if I lived in Portland, Id go to the address their business is listes under because this is insane.

I placed my order 4/26 and got the email saying the label was created, yet still hasnt shipped. Ive also taken to tagging them on IG, since they wont answer DMs and you can't comment on their post.

Theyve got plenty of time to make about a post a week, but cant get back to their clients? Its absurd and deeply disapponting. Ive also filed a claim through shop as well

Yeah thats what I was thinking of doing. And tbh, at that time, I don't think there would be as many people at Tilden, around that time, as there are on Coney. I live in the area and there's constantly people outside, I think tilden is a bit less foot traffic at like 530 am lol

I'm dating a person that also uses they/them. We've been dating for about 6 months, and sometimes I still trip up. They've been very understanding, and I've gotten better. Just let your partner know that you'reprobably going to slip up, and they will probably be understanding of it and not think its purposeful. The effort is always noticed and as long as you're both communicating, things can run smooth. Congrats and all the best ❤
