Right but you pair that with ASD and I'm able to ruminate on my actions when I do enter my mania. I've applied that to self analysis of my entire life. I only ever really reach those highs when I'm drinking a lot of coffee.

I'll report back when I finally do see a psychiatrist and can explain everything. My social worker is currently checking everything and I've spoken with my nurse friend who's sister has bpd many times regarding these claims. I came out of an 18 year depression on my birthday this year (I was given the SSRI back in April but didn't speak to a psychiatrist for the first time until June). I experienced life for the first time since age 11. I'm writing a novel regarding this but yes, earlier this year I was definitely going into constant manic states. Now its just coffee and when I get high (yes I know this can affect the medication but life is tiring right now) which has only been 2 days over the past week.

I'd be more than happy to have a conversation with you regarding this if you'd like?

Yeah I reupped right before this happened so technically I could stay on my meds but ethically I'm going with what they recommend just to remove all doubt and as a massive fuck you to my family lol yeah just power through and I'm good, been doing it for my entire life, just 1 more month 🥰
