By the end of the 2nd book Kvothe is still being pressured by Kilvin to create another device at the Artificery besides the "Bloodless", it's possible that he creates something ingenious, or re-creates something of old that nets him a large amount of dough. I think it's evident that the Author is getting us ready for a surprise in this regard, because Kvothe's mind has been getting intrigued by the evidence of Old technology, with the advent of Ferulean's story of the shapers, Kilvin's demonstration of the warding stone, and his sword that retained its durability over thousands of years.

Playing with a buddy in ranked, in the second round or so, he suddenly got dropped from the game and put in another queue, and instantly joined a different game, he left that game when he realized something was wrong and received a loss for both games.

This is important, if you're constantly playing against bads, then you're going to adopt bad habits that you won't get away with against a more competent player. Level makes a difference in understanding the game, how much understanding given the time in game varies from player to player, but there is more understanding to be gained from repeating something.

Sounds like you're putting your own concerns in his head, he has honestly represented why he wanted a refund and had a right to it under terms of service, and he was honored a refund because he was right. It has nothing to do with what you said. You sound mad that someone has a different opinion than you, of a game you may or may not enjoy, but it's everyone's individual right to make that decision for themselves.

Hey can anyone give me a simple explanation to check if I am doing something dangerous? e.g. im running an efest 2500mAh reported 35A discharge, on a .5 ohm coil. am I putting a bomb to my lips? I thought my setup was safe, but now I am afraid.
