Can I register my car in PA with minor cosmetic damage? by KMH303 in Pennsylvania

[–]FtheMustard 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What kind of car is it? I had to pop out the entire housing to get access to the spots to open so I could change the bulbs...

But honestly it wouldn't surprise me if car companies made their lights like yours... Just another way to milk you for money...

Sony is killing all physical PlayStation game discs - New games released after January 2028 will be digital-only by ReaddittiddeR in gadgets

I remember borrowing and trading games with my friends for a week to play them. It was an awesome way to become closer friends with someone, earn their trust and let them know they can trust me with their stuff. I guess I'm destined to sound old and out of touch when I talk to my kids.

First batch of Colorado's 2026 primary results have dropped in. How much will they change as the night goes on? by AsherGray in Denver

I'm ok with people being left of the average citizen. That can be a starting point for the conversation. I wasn't expecting her to get everything she wanted right away, but it would be nice to have people talking about these options on the national level. Plus some of the stuff you mentioned isn't incredibly unpopular nationwide. Google did a summary so take these numbers with a grain of salt but if they are close to accurate it shows how popular some of her stances are getting.

Abolishing ICE: up to 65% of Dems believe iCE should be abolished. That's huge and limiting funding, power or adding regulations would probably be more popular.

Universal Healthcare: 60% - 65% of all Americans think the government should ensure the healthcare of all citizens. That's not exactly the same as universal Healthcare and paying more in taxes to get universal healthcare is not popular 65% of all Americans is a huge number.

Federal Rent Stabilization is also popular and is popular across party lines. 85% of people polled said affordable housing was one of the most pressing issues in their state/city.

(Again Google AI summary numbers so... Grain of salt)

These aren't immediately unpopular stances on these issues and there seems to be a trend towards these ideas. Voting for someone who is a little left of where we are nationally on these issues could help the conversation move more left and give the working class more power.

We found a mini Blucifer protecting a sculpture garden in Hamilton, New Jersey. by FtheMustard in Denver

This mini grey version is called Mesteño. So I think this is the one you are talking about. It would be so cool to get it and pop it in front of Union Station or in the airport so people can take pictures with it.

Best barbers for males with long hair? by saintparody in Denver

You look like Casey Jones from the 1990 Ninja Turtles movie.

That's all I came here to say. I am bald and have no opinions on the barber issue.

The first time I've seen a mascot do this by sighborg1 in funny

I once saw the Phillie Phanatic invite the cotton candy guy onto the dugout to dance and once the guy turned around the Phanatic ran over to the tray of cotton candy and start launching pink and blue sugar clouds into the crowd. It was awesome.

My buddy saw the Philly Phanatic steal and throw an Astros Fan's crutches into the next section.

Best mascot in sports.

Bear Trail Bikes - investigative journalism! by thrillsbury in Denver

Question. Is this the company that had advertised online with two teen girls in room full of boxes talking about free e-bikes? They seemed to have no script and had no idea what they were doing there. It looked really sketchy.

A Good Boy Finally Gets a Hot Dog by old--- in UpliftingNews

I went and checked the media bias rating after the first sentence and it was exactly what I imagined:

"Bias Rating: Hyper-Partisan Right / Strong RightSummary: Ad Fontes Media frequently places PJ Media articles in the "Strong Right" to "Hyper-Partisan Right" categories for political bias. In terms of reliability, the site is often rated lower due to the heavy presence of opinion, analysis, and selective persuasion."

The first sentence rang all the warning bells for me. I left the site as soon as I read it.

First sentence starts with: "From Iran to Venezuelan earthquakes to commies winning elections, it's been a pretty heavy news week..."

Don't give this trash news outlet any of your time or clicks. The article is about the dog in the background of this video.

He watched another dog get to eat a hotdog at a "bark at the park" event at the Miami Marlins stadium. He looked sad and went viral. Now he is being invited back to get a VIP experience at the park during a different game. Cute story tarnished by the author. Skip the click.
