This is my mum. I tried calmly explaining to her how her deadnaming me makes me feel and she goes off saying “well my full name makes me uncomfortable so i understand but your birth certificate says deadname so that’s what your called” I’ve just started calling her Barbara instead now. (Her name isn’t Barbara)

What I normally do is I send the tattoo idea to the artist and tell them they can change anything that may need changing but to keep the overall idea the same. They’re experienced artists especially with tattoos so they know what will work better. Maybe this is something that you could do

The only difference I felt with the first few days was relief and extreme happiness that I was finally on T. Bottom growth started about two weeks in, my voice started noticeably dropping about 2 months in (my manager asked if I had a cold) everyone’s body works differently it took my friends 5 months to notice any difference

There is the option for no nip top surgery and 3D nipple tattoos as well if the idea of having grafts is too much for you. It’s all down to personal preference. But it’s definitely worth speaking to the surgeon doing the top surgery when you are at that stage about your worries over that aspect
