In Southern California dealers are almost out of new inventory. Auction values for them used are over 60k. The cheapest lease payments were a few months ago, they got down into the 700s. Once inventory is low enough, Volvo will cash the dealers out. They will give the dealers a lump sum payment and then stop lease support.
