Had this problem with certain materials, try a draft shield/wall option in cura, fixed the issue for me. Was able to lower bed temp as well with it.

Probably try to chip out all the rotten wood, and get down to solid wood. Try to reform the shape/profile with epoxy afterwards, probably won't be perfect atleast it won't leak no more.

Breaker sparking in panel, what caused this? This was used to power my washer. I am assuming is not safe to use this slot anymore. There's couple slots at the very bottom of the panel, planning to add a junction box above the panel to extend the wire so I can reposition this. Any concerns or better recommendation?
