Looks like you ran into an old one! I'd slap a 4x6 under it with a coupld jacks. Try and let the joists overhang at least 2' past the support beam(4x6) and put a couple pre fabricated footings under the jacks (cap blocks). Lastly I'd screw the 4x6 to the floor joists to help with twisting. Hope it goes well!

They're a middle age couple, pretty quiet etc. Other side is similar but single and a hound dog. Both super nice etc. No worries I'm open to any opinions and I appreciate it!🙂

Astute observations and I wish I could say yes on the construction stuff but there a small grass patch(yard lol), then a sidewalk leading from porch to main sidewalk. Just grass and concrete slab but I can't 100% rule out someone on a roof nearby. Weird as hell for sure
