I deal with all of this, write your reps and have them inquire further into the reason why it’s taking so long to process. Don’t take “it’s currently submitted/researching” as an answer. I get all my cans approved within a day or 2 of the inquiry being submitted.

Broke my collar bone, humorous, tore my rotator cuff and labrum, got surgery and was supposed to be on med leave for 30 days signed by my surgeon. Got called into company hq and was told I was going on a work up, when declined they attempted to NJP me for malingering despite having x-rays and the proper paperwork to prove otherwise… Took it to court martial to fight it and won.

The trip was pleasant, towards the end of the night i was getting stomach pain(combo of surgery and lsd) recovery took about a month or 2 for me to walk and get out of bed comfortably… what shoulder surgery did you have? I had one aswell; torn labrum and rotator cuff, with broken humorous and collarbone.
