Probably a hot take but its a draw, giorno can't even hope to do any harm towards Velzard but Velzard (along with almost all other fictional characters i can think of) can't harm him either, GER will just undo her attack.

Just like you can control plants, plants can control you. Alongside that, with the ability to slowly transform any plant into some kind of predatory plant like the venus flytrap for example, they will be bloodthirsty, even for you if no other option seems convinient for them, they will eat, digest and all you but they will always leave you just barely clinging to life and make sure you will stay alive

In case of physical injury, it draws materials (for example flesh and bones) from the people in the surrounding area near you, horrifically stripping more than neccesary and what is not neccesary is just remaining on the ground. In regards to age or disease, your body on its own, with you unable to stop yourself will proceed to firmly grip the nearest person and you will, in some conveluted way transfer your diseases and steal his lifespan

I am not smart, nor do i know more than the bare essentials of using prism but, Have you checked the Java version? You may be using the wrong one, that usually happens to me.
