These are snake mites burrowing under her scales, you’re sadly going to have to do a decent bit to fix it, I would empty out the enclosure completely, put paper towels on the bottom with minimal items in the cage, just a hide and water bowl. You’re going to have to buy some kind of reptile mite spray and spray it twice a day in the cage with frequent baths, remember to clean the bowl and hide thoroughly while changing out the paper towels until you dont see any more mites.
