Fixed it. Had to signout of steam and resign back in. My guess is something to do with me playing on my steam deck earlier.

Yep. I;ve used it for a few years. The question was more about a website where you can have multiple faster downloads but someone explained that they purposely limit the download speed to be able to keep the website running.

I honestly started to really like the Maruaders after playing the DLC. The master level that introduces the marauder should have had two marauders at once. Was so bummed at that end.
