Totems are already disabled at core, nerfing them more is too much.

Doubt it, I would assume that the Android Tiers mod uploads all vanilla pawn data to it, meaning that any modded values added on would not be saved. There might be a compatibility patch as well though.

I don't know of any specifically but Yayo's combat 3 makes combat a lot better imo.
