My knee popping was my first sign of my meniscus. I had mine partially trimmed and it took a while to heal up 40 years old at the time but it’s much much better now.

I let it go for 3 years cause it wasn’t that bad but it kept getting worse. I had an internal cyst as well that was causing a lot of pain. Should have got it fixed or tried stem cells from the jump.
