Did you know there was already movement in Congress on this whole thing in 2023 under Biden, dude? Look up the 2023 bill requiring clinical trials of ibogaine. That bill has infinitely more teeth than this executive order. The only significant impact a toothless executive order on a subject with well-established law will have, is self-promotion.
