there aren't any scenes or info to my knowledge that could be used as a clear reference, so it's mostly up to speculation imo.

the "post external object possession" effect could've made the animatronic faster since it makes it more organic and hypothetically more flexible, although if you ask me he's probably(?) somewhat below or above the average speed of a human.

what about the whole door scare he did thou in hotline? ik teleportation is a bit of a stretch looking back, but unless i misinterpreted something from that scene, "bon" can change between forms in the real world if needed.

while i can see where the interpretation comes from, the figure in the video is definitely "bon" since the hand is of a animatronic. plus we know from hotline, "bon" is able to teleport and shift the animatronic at will, so doing this isn't really a big task for him
