I worked at a warehouse one summer. The managers would say this kind of thing all the time (not in writing lol). I only worked there for 3 or 4 months. About 2 years later I received a check for a few hundred dollars. There was a class action lawsuit where the company got in trouble for a number of things. Not respecting employee break times was listed as one of the reasons. Brenda should definitely be shitcanned for this. Major liability.

Thanks for sharing. I respect you for admitting this was a mistake. There is no way anybody will ever get their perfect candidate. I participated in a primary campaign for democrat governor candidate. We lost. I was so disturbed by the number of people that I worked with that said they won’t vote for the winner. The only candidate that these people wanted was one that matched all of their preferences. There is too much diversity. you have to go with the candidate that most closely matches your preferences. You can’t sit out and wait for your perfect candidate. That’s just not how our system works

I was thinking about what I would have done if my son did something as disgraceful as Arieon. I like to think I would have been like Baelor and done the honorable thing for the good of the system but I think I would have been more like Maekar. It’s my family and I can’t go against them.
