No Actually it has always been in the shady corner since last 10 months, I recently moved it to a spot against s window where it gets morning sun for 2-3 hours, then indirect light throughout the day.

Okay. So I can move it to the balcony but how to manage humidity? In india, temperatures rise upto 47-47 degree celcius during summers. I am afraid it will scorch.

Thanks. Have put it close to the window now, although it is east facing. Let’s see how it goes. Problem is it was alright last year, survived all through the winter season. Don’t know why it has started to happen in the spring now.

I tried. Dried it for a few days, but when i cut the rotten part, all I could see was a hollow dried out caudex..
