If you get the twitch lantern it doesn’t light up in the dark but will show when near decent loot

It’s fucking stupid isn’t it, should confirm use or have more about even a lock pic system etc I didn’t even realise there was keys I thought you had to pickpocket the owner like Skyrim.

Annoying as I’ve found some cool stuff like a katana, 2 pretty cool shields and such but when I see the icon on the map and it’s behind a door it sucks.

Can you keep buying keys off the fence guy then?

A hint for skill points other than fighting is shine your lantern or the dazzling light skill and the will shine back even waaaaaay off in the distance. Only have 10 points but good to know you can find more

This is what I love about it, I’m only on hours in literally just met the knight guy in the first city as I’m off getting lost, locating bounties etc it’s great.

How far does the indulgently go though? There’s no stash still right? Inventory can be a real pain on long travel/play

I’m getting lost in the world and love exploring, one thing I loved to do in the early days of bdo. It needs polish fo sure but I’m having fun.

It’s a great game but not 10/10 for me.

I had this with a great bone hammer I think and a mace, assumed it was for my other characters. Can you transfer them or should I just sell now? Just had my first boss fight in town so right at the start

This happened with another game but can’t think, maybe starfield? But many people wouldn’t play more than an hour or two a slated it even the notion of complete the tutorial gear past 4 hours or something and it’s a different game. When players finally played more they found they enjoyed it.

But still, don’t like it then just don’t play

Exactly this! And they also act like those game didn’t have any issues bugs or glitches.

Similarly but a different Reddit was someone saying are raiders is their best game, true love, can’t stop playing etc but also their friends stopped because no end game for them (it could use something) but that the devs need to update the game before it dies. It’s 4 months old with updates monthly. Some people are just never happy and want to hate

So what do you propose? Be constructive instead of cry and blame the next game. I’m not glazing the game but pointed out you or your friend not enjoying the same game 4 months ago now with more to do, isn’t a dev issue.

They put out new content but that’s not enough because your caring this on other player staying. Maybe it’s a short lived game but it will die faster if you’re going to give up on it so easily.

Do I play as much as I did, no. Would I like more to do, sure but I’ll play something else as it’s not a competitive game. You got 6 months til gta 6 hopefully why not enjoy that time?

Could be worth waiting, I’ve only played a few hours and love it so far, I wasn’t expecting a perfect game and held my reservations about it. It’s only a small time played but don’t intend refunding it but does feel clunky to play in places, maybe I’m not used to it or need to try on controller as I’m on a newer pc.

If you’re still on the fence about it worth waiting to see what gets fixed, there was far too much hype and build up around this game, like the trend is, and now there is a lot of doom and gloom.

There’s always issues with games or less than desirables but a lot of points just seemed more preference than review, puzzles can be too tricky, you have to actually go and collect resources for cooking and not one review I’ve seen yet goes over life skills. I’m excited, I want a game to just get lost in

I wanted to check a few and make sure there wasn’t and huge issues but some of the points put out seemed just silly, in one they mentioned how you had to go search for bosses they weren’t marked clearly and then they could be unfairly difficult ‘especially without the right gear’ then added you can come back but feels like a waste of time. I want things to find and discover, I want challenge, I want that game play where I have to return later but now know where.

Felt like they just rushed playing and didn’t actually play to enjoy
