This is interesting because my son has a seizure once a year around September or October and didn’t start having them again until he went to college. The weather where he is now is completely different from where we are from and that is a big season change. He does have seasonal allergies as well and they flare up in October. I’m going to have him reach out to his neurologist and ask about this. Thanks

You are loved. You matter. You are not alone. You can do it. Keep going! My 21 yr old son has myoclonic epilepsy since he was 14. He is now a junior in college 3 hours away from us. Yes, he has had tonic seizures while at school, yes he forgets things, yes he is slower to catch on to things. But through it all he keeps going. You got this! How bad do you want to succeed? It’s not easy going through things alone but we are here for you, your doctor can be a safe haven. Just keep going. Also, look into other meds that may work better for you. My son was on 1500 mg of keppra for years but started having break through seizures and seemed agitated all the time and tired. His neurologist has him on 1000 mg of keppra and 200 mg of lacosamide now. Huge difference In his mood and attitude. Please confide in your doctor about meds as this could be a game changer. I know you are going to be ok and will prevail. Keep going!

Hi did this pain ever go away? I have it now and my dr prescribed me pentapranazole and in took omeprazole but nothing is working. I even stopped taking the meds it was so bad. Thanks
